Social media
On our website, we add links to various social media services (Facebook, Google+, Twitter, Instagram, Xing, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn). By clicking on the corresponding symbol or the full name, you will be redirected to the website of the relevant service. If you select the “Share” symbol and choose a social media service, you can post an event (such as a specific search result) on that service’s website. If you visit the link for one of the services listed below the “Follow us” text, you can follow our activities on the chosen service’s platform. The data privacy policies and terms of use of each service apply on social media service websites. Apcon Consulting, Inc. does not participate in the collection, processing, or use of data on these websites.
Facebook connection (if applicable)
You can register and log in with your Facebook account. If you register with Facebook, Facebook will ask for your permission to share certain information from your Facebook account with Apcon Consulting. This may include your first name, last name, email address so we can verify your identity and gender, general location, a link to your Facebook profile, your time zone, birthday, profile picture, your likes, and your friends list. Facebook collects this information and provides it to us under the terms of its Facebook Privacy Policy. You can control the information we receive from Facebook through your Facebook account privacy settings. If you register with Apcon Consulting through Facebook, your Apcon Consulting account will be automatically connected to your Facebook account, and information about your activities on Apcon Consulting may be shared with Facebook and posted to your timeline and your Facebook friends’ news feeds.
Google+ (If Applicable)
You can register and log in with your Google+ account. If you register with Google+, Google+ will ask for your permission to share certain information from your Google+ account with Apcon Consulting. This may include your first name, last name, email address so that we can verify your identity and gender, a link to your Google+ profile, your profile picture, and your friends list. Google+ collects this information and provides it to us under the terms of its Google Privacy Policy. If you register with Apcon Consulting through Google+, by default, information related to your activities on Apcon Consulting will be visible on Google to everyone in your Google+ circles and will be shared with Google in accordance with Google’s Terms of Service and Google’s Privacy Policy. From the Google+ app settings page, you can manage which people in your Google circles can see your Apcon Consulting, Inc. activities.

Apcon Consulting, Inc. implements technical and organizational security measures to protect stored personal data from accidental or intentional manipulation, loss, destruction, and access by unauthorized persons. Our security measures are continuously improved in line with technological progress.
Your Rights
Upon written request, we will inform you, in accordance with our legal obligation, whether we have stored private data about you and what that data is. As provided by the Data Protection Act, you may request the correction, blocking, and deletion of such data, unless these requests conflict with the time limits for storage established by law.
